How to file a claim: UPDATED on 9-25-2010
1. The Gulf Coast Claims Facility (GCCF) is accepting claims from private individuals and businesses for the Gulf Coast oil spill, and BP accepting claims from government entities. For more information on submitting a claim, please visit the official website of the US government: [3] http://www.restorethegulf.gov/claims.shtm.

This photo was taken by an AP photographer of my husband on the beach in Destin, Florida. He was looking for tar balls when this photo was captured in June of 2010.
